Professional Development and Training

Professional development meetings, based on the needs of the school and the staff. 

Professional development opportunities, many and varied, offered across the Trust

Education Staff Wellbeing Charter

Wellbeing Team who meet regularly and discuss how staff wellbeing can be supported in school.

Access to Technology 

Wellbeing Team who meet regularly how staff wellbeing can be supported in school.

Macbooks given to all teachers to support the planning and delivery of good lessons.

Cloud storage of resources and planning to support flexible working. 

Mental and Physical Health 

Employee support service, offered to all staff.

Termly wellness sessions for all staff
