Year 5/6 Carver Class

Welcome to Year 5/6 Carver Class, the final part of the children's Primary education.  The class teacher is Victoria Cannon.  Our aim is to ensure that all children grow in confidence and independence so that they leave us fully prepared for their Secondary experience. 

Carver Class will participate in a rich and varied curriculum aimed at providing them with knowledge and transferable skills.  We want our children to show curiosity for the world around them and to be inspired by their learning. 

The Year 6 children will be taught separately for Maths, during the morning by our Deputy Headteacher, Bindya Chapaneri. During the afternoon, the children will come together and be taught Science and the other foundation subjects by Victoria.
